Can I assign someone to receive the order I placed?

You can add users in QuoteToMe who can’t place orders but can receive them. These users can access order details from their phone to verify what’s arriving is correct and mark the order as received.

Does QuoteToMe track backorders?

You can report missing items or issues to the supplier and schedule when you’d like the remaining items to arrive. Providing expected backorder dates is coming soon.

Can PMs and accounting teams see when orders arrive?

All team members have visibility on the status of orders. PMs and accounting teams can see if an order’s been received from their phone or computer to verify an invoice or follow up on an order.
