How does QuoteToMe generate accurate POs?

QuoteToMe converts supplier quotes to digital POs. Order items, pricing, and delivery details are carried over from the quote to the PO, so your team only has to confirm quantities and code the POs.

Can I set spending limits for my team?

Yes. You can set spending limits for team members and designate approvers for purchases that exceed the limit. POs that exceed spending limits get sent to an approver for review. Once approved, the PO is issued.

Do POs sync with accounting software and Procore?

POs and change orders made in QuoteToMe automatically sync with Viewpoint Vista and Procore. Integration with Sage 300 CRE and Quickbooks Online is coming soon.

Can we still use QuoteToMe if we don't issue POs?

Absolutely. Whether or not you distribute a PO, QuoteToMe still creates a digital order to provide spending visibility, manage approvals, and track receiving statuses.
