What’s New This Month
QuoteToMe News:
- We are excited to announce our newest team member – Emily Marino joined us as a Product Manager! Welcome Emily, we look forward to building a world class customer experience with you on the team!
- On June 2nd, QuoteToMe hosted our first Purchasing Best Practices webinar – thanks to everyone who attended! Look forward to more webinars in this series later this year.
App Updates:
- We’ve added a new “My Orders” tab to the user dashboard on the web. Now you can quickly filter out the orders you have placed from orders placed by your team members.
- The QuoteToMe Outlook Add-in is now available from the Microsoft store. Installing the add-in allows you to create a purchase order directly from an email without needing to leave your inbox!
- We now support additional delivery locations – for products requiring delivery, you can now choose between the site, the office, or a custom address.
- We now support alternate site contacts, allowing you to place an order that someone different will receive.
- Supplier comments that contain a URL now display as clickable hyperlinks when viewing quotes.
- We’ve added bulk delete of cost codes from the project setup page. If you need to wipe out the existing list and replace with a new one, it is now easier than ever!
- We fixed a bug that displayed a non-selectable list of operating companies when creating a new project.
- We fixed a bug where on some screens the customer support chat widget on web covered action buttons making it difficult to perform the action.
What’s Coming Next
App Updates:
- Data exports are in beta testing. We expect to release our initial set of accounting integrations shortly.
- The QuoteToMe application is getting a major facelift! Both the browser based and mobile based apps are soon to be revamped with a new look and feel. This update represents a major upgrade to the interface that is much more intuitive.
- Have an idea for a new feature or improvement? We’d love to hear from you!
Bugs we’re squashing:
- Extended and total prices are not always calculating correctly when unit prices include fractional cents.
